The 1 Bloor Street West is a pre-construction project by Mizrahi Development and Foster + Partners as a joint venture. Located at the heart of Bloor Street West, it will be a 82-storeys soaring tower right at the one of the most active intersection, the Southwest Corner of Bloor and Yonge Street. Designed by Norman Foster, distinctively; it will also be Canada’s new tallest mixed-use retail and residential building as it is 318 meters or 1,043 feet tall consist of 416 units. The unit sizes will be ranging from minimum 500 square feet to 1420 square feet.
