When a developer launches a pre-construction project, sales are typically rolled out in sequential phases. The first and most advantageous stage is known as Platinum Access.

Platinum Access: The First & Most Favorable Opportunity
This exclusive phase is reserved for a select network of top-performing brokers handpicked by the developer. Due to their proven ability to deliver a high volume of qualified buyers, these Platinum Brokers are granted the project’s best available pricing, premium incentives, and favorable payment terms.
By securing a unit during the Platinum Access phase, you benefit from the widest selection of floor plans and suites. This priority access dramatically increases your ability to secure the most desirable unit in the building at the most favorable terms.
In essence, Platinum Access is your earliest opportunity to purchase, achieved by working with an authorized Platinum Broker.
Subsequent Sales Phases
Following the Platinum phase, invitations are extended to a broader VIP Broker network, often with modestly increased pricing and reduced incentives.
The project then typically opens to the wider Registered Agent pool, with further adjusted pricing and incentives.
Finally, at the Public Launch, remaining inventory is released to the general market at the highest price point.
