What is platinum access?
Typically, when a developer releases a pre-construction project, they do so in stages, most commonly commencing with the platinum brokers first.
Platinum Brokers
Include handful top agents that have been invited by the builder to sell with the best prices and incentives. Due to the high volume in clients the Platinum Brokers bring, the builder often gives them the best incentives, payments structures and add-ons.
Being in the first wave of purchasers you will have more available units to choose from, giving you the chance to secure your ideal and most desirable unit.
So essentially Platinum Access gives you the opportunity to make your purchase through a Platinum Broker.
VIP Brokers
Usually be the next stage with much more agents invited to sell and will have slightly higher prices than Platinum and less incentives.
Open for Agent
Usually give any real estate agent access to the project with slightly higher prices and less incentives then the VIP Brokers
Public Opening
Last Stage, anyone from the public may walk in and purchase a condominium with prices higher the all previous stages.
